However, cookies sometimes provide information designed to recognize you automatically. This recognition is based on the IP address stored in the cookies. Information collected in this way optimizes our offers and to give you easier access to our site.

At no time and under no circumstances will we pass on the information you provide to a third party. Use of Google Analytics With Anonymization

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereafter “Google.” Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer (please also refer to the definition provided above under “Cookies”).

The information generated by these cookies, such as the time, location and frequency of your website visit, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google in the United States and stored there.

We use Google Analytics on our website with the addition “_gat._anonymizeIp”. This means that your IP address will be shortened and thus anonymized by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our site, to compile reports on our website activity, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or as far as third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

According to their own statement, Google will not match your IP address with any other data provided or collected by Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. Please note that doing so may prevent you from fully accessing all functions of our website.

In addition, Google offers a deactivation add-on for most browsers. This gives you more control over what data Google collects when you visit websites. The add-on informs the JavaScript (ga.js) of Google Analytics that no information about your visits to a specific website should be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, the add-on does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or any other web analytics services we may use. Please refer to the following link for further information on the installation of the browser add-on if you wish to learn more and / or to install it: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

Use of Facebook Components

We use components of the provider facebook.com on our site. Facebook is a service of facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA.

Each time you visit our website, these components cause the browser you are using to download a corresponding representation of the component from Facebook. This means that Facebook receives information about which specific page of our website you are visiting.

If you visit our page and you are simultaneously logged in to your Facebook account, the information collected by the component provides Facebook with information about which specific page you are visiting and enables Facebook to assign this information to your Facebook account. Example: If you click the “Like” button or make comments, this information will be transmitted to your Facebook account and be stored there. Facebook will also receive the information that you have visited our site. This happens regardless of whether you click the component or not.

If you want to prevent Facebook from receiving and storing data of how you use our website, you can do so by logging out of your Facebook account before you visit our site. Please refer to Facebook’s Privacy Statement for further details: https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy. There, you will find information on the collection and usage of data by Facebook, about your rights in this regard as well as your setting options for protecting your privacy.

In addition, external tools are available on the market to block Facebook social plug-ins with add-ons for all major browsers. Please refer to this link if you wish to learn more or to use any of these tools: http://webgraph.com/resources/facebookblocker/

An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/
